Andrea'S Tulum Hotel, Tulum

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were clean, I was quite bothered by the excessive noise from the nearby bar and gift shop. The staff's service left a lot to be desired, as they were often rude and unhelpful to English-speaking guests. On the plus side, the location is convenient; it’s close to the entrance of the Tulum ruins, which was great for sightseeing. However, safety felt like a concern in the area.

The hotel had a great location, making it so easy to explore the nearby Mayan Ruins and gorgeous beach. I loved that they offered free bike rentals, which made getting around a breeze. However, the rooms could definitely use some improvement, as mine had only a couple of outlets and some cleanliness issues. The service was also lacking, as I had an awkward encounter with the staff late at night. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the rest of my experience wasn’t ideal.
